I have seen cforms set with MailChimp using the double forms with the second hidden using the Alternative Form Action to send users info to user registration and auto-chimp to push it on to MailChimp but I need a checkbox option to send the second form or not and just keep the info in cforms.  Any advice?

The code isn't very clear on how to call all the parameters and their values.  A list of coding options and their parameters would be nice.  There is a beginning list with help, but nothing about checkboxes and their functions that I saw.  I also did not see how to refer to Alternative Form Mode or how to turn off the second page option if not needed.  Just a little more info would helpful.
