Hello

I have downloaded the Norwegain .mo and .no. I have pute them in plugins/cforms/ but this isn´t working. Is this the correct place?

Try directly under the /plugins/ folder, one up when your inside cforms/

Hm, I have done so, but still it is in Inglish, not in Norwegian. Do I have to do some more do change the language?

When I download the csv-file, I dont get the Norwegian letters æ,ø and å, how can I fix that?

Not sure if anything specific (for Norwegian locale support) has to be done, but your best bet would be to contact the author of the localization, I'm sure they have it all worked out ;)
