CFormsII icon not visible when composing a post or page. Assuming this must be 'visible' if I want add my cform to a post or page. Have turned on the feature in Global Settings > WP Editor Button support. Also closed and cleared browser cache and FF windows. Still not visible…

You can add forms of course manually, just follow the guide on the HELP page.
The "cfII" icon should be added, this is the first instance I'm aware of where it hasn't been.
Have you tried a different browser?
What happens when you temporarily turn off TinyMCE, does a button get added for the default WP editor?
Appears to be Firefox specific. Tried in IE7 and works fine. Any fix in the works? would like to use FF instead of IE7 and the idea of clicking a button vs. typing code is much more appealing – if ya know what I mean

Perhaps re-purge the cache and restart? You might also try a SHIFT+RELOAD."
See previous post – already tried that. Please check out screenshot: http://www.dcwventures.com/cformsII.htm. Icon clearly not visible, however it is visible in IE7. Checkout http://www.healthcertain.com/blog/contact-us – just created form in IE7…
