First…some info:

CForms II 10.2

email address in question: info[at]enigma-marketing.com

Strangest thing. I can't use any email addresses from our company's domain with CForms II. I want it to be "info[at]enigma-marketing.com," but have tried other existing email addresses on our domain, also to no avail.

However, when I login to the Wordpress Dashboard, and navigate to the "Admin Email Addess(es) in the CForms II Plugin Admin Panel and replace the address with my PERSONAL email address instead of one of our email addresses for our company, it works just fine. I get an email from CForms II sent to my personal email account.

Now…if you go to my company's site and look in the footer, and click on the email address link (info[at]enigma-marketing.com), and send me a message via your email client, it works just fine. I'll get that message, telling me that the email address works as a "mailto:" link embedded on my Wordpress based site.

Which leaves me uncertain of where to look for the problem. The email address works just fine, however, not with CForms II. CForms II works just fine, but only with email addresses other than those on my company's domain.

Right now, we're in the midst of gradually moving to a new webhost.

We have our website at "Host A" but our MX record is still pointed at the former webhost, "Host B."

So…cforms is on Host A, and the email account we use as the contact form admin email is on Host B.

What can I do as an interim solution in order to use cform on Host A to send contact info to that email address residing on Host B?

We also have the same problem, our website and mail server are hosted indepently so therefore are not on the same domain. 

We can send email from the form to any other domain but not to our own.

Is there a solution to this problem?
