Hi there, 

I have a number of applications for the site I am admin for… Some of them send through just fine, others don't go through at all… No reason that I can see why they wouldn't work, but they don't.

 

The english forms work fine, the french versions of the forms do not!

I do not know what else to try, any help would be much appreciated!
