It seems that these files are missing.

I have the same error on my church website. If I am missing files, could you tell me which ones they are and where to find them?

I receive this error:
Warning: main(wp-blog-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\\Inetpub\\wwwroot\\BethelLutheranChurch\\wordpress\\wp-content\\plugins\\contactforms\\js\\insertdialog.php on line 4

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'wp-blog-header.php' (include_path='.;c:\\php\\includes') in E:\\Inetpub\\wwwroot\\BethelLutheranChurch\\wordpress\\wp-content\\plugins\\contactforms\\js\\insertdialog.php on line 4

There seems to be an issue with certain IIS servers and the TinyMCE button.

This will be fixed in v6.3, for the time being, you can patch js/insertdialog.php yourself. Simply replace the PHP code block at the top with:

$filedir = dirname(__FILE__);
if ( strpos($filedir, "/wp-content/") )
$IIS = "/";
else
$IIS = "\\\\";

$blogroot = substr($filedir,0,strpos($filedir,"wp-content{$IIS}"));
require_once($blogroot."wp-blog-header.php");

//IIS hack
if (!isset($_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"])){
if(isset($_SERVER["SCRIPT_NAME"]))
$_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"] = $_SERVER["SCRIPT_NAME"];
else
$_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"] = $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"];
}

$wwwURI = $_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"];
$x = strpos($wwwURI,"/wp-content/");
$tinyURI = substr($wwwURI,0,$x) . "/wp-includes/js/tinymce";

$a = substr($filedir, strpos($filedir,"{$IIS}wp-content{$IIS}plugins{$IIS}"));
$plugindir = substr($a , 0, strpos($a,"{$IIS}js") );
$pluginURL = get_settings("siteurl") . str_replace("\\\\","/",$plugindir);
?>
