OfflineSo the database tracking works, but you don't get the emails?
ok, I'm pretty sure it has to do with either…
- ..your form config (can you send me your backed-up config file?)
- ..the mail server that denies a given email address for delivery
re: 1) I can take a look at the form
re: 2) You can change your admin email to something different and see if that does the trick.

OfflineThe config file looks fine.
Can you try to set the Admin email address(es): field to just one address (try either one to see if it works).
Also, do you have access to the mail servers log file to see why the mail server responds with an error?
Also, the plugin uses wordpress@.. as a FROM: address chances are that the mail server stopped accepting these for whatever reason. If the above fails, you could go into cforms.php and search for wordpress@ (4 times) and replace it with an address that the mail server recoginzes as a local account.
PS: Did you install any new plugins and/or are using new (mail) features of WP or have WP upgraded?

I did but stays the same
I have no access to the mailserver log files
Changed wordpress@ to info@ but problem still there
No i did not do anything to the wordpress site, no new plugs no new wp
The problem came sudenly around 4 days ago, that is the first time i can see in the dbase that people fill in the form more than once.

OfflineAre you using the same host for your emails as well? Can you get in touch with the hoster to see if they have an idea why emails are essentially being rejected?
You can tell them that the PHP mail() command returns an erro, hopefully they can shed some light on the issue.
