I can't figure out where in cforms this is being added to my site, but I know for sure that cforms is doing it because when I deactivate the plugin it this div vanishes. There is a large empty div with properties at the bottom of every site that I have added cforms:
example:
It adds this code:
< div style="min-height: 100px; height: auto; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; ">< /div>
Help?

What would cause this action in my own theme? When I disable the plugin the min-height box goes away. There is nothing in my own footer where that box is located.

I've got the same problem, but I've solved it.
Make sure that wp_head() is just before the closing </head>.
I put some other js before </head> and it made problem.
