I installed and activated cforms 10.5.1 on my site.  I'm using a theme I made myself (which may be where the problem is, certainly).  When I load a page with my cform on it, there is no styling.  On further investigation of the source code, there is no line that says Start Of Script Generated By cforms v10.5.1 in my theme, which means no javascript and no CSS.  When I switch to the default wordpress theme and reload the page, there it is, a properly styled form.

What have I left out of my home grown theme that is not loading the cform js and css links?  Or could it be something else, a database or file permissions thing?  Any help woud be greatly appreciated!
