@igor & @Suyash,
Your web server don't seem to be compliant, here is the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ImageTTFBBox() in /home/u5/marsair/html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms-captcha.php on line 80
@dett,
can you share the url?

I have the same problem as listed above, but I don't see any solutions posted. How do I check if the server is compliant? And what do I need to do if it is not?

Thank you.

I had this same issue. I would add the field and update then view the page and no Captcha image. I logged out of admine and refreshed the page and there it was. Try to logout of the admin and refresh the page. Hope this helps.

your webserver doesn't seem to support cforms CAPTCHA requirements (in this case: imagettfbbox() )
Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagettfbbox() in /home/itsallab/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms-captcha.php on line 80
might want to address it with your provider.

When you talk to your service provider - make sure they have either compiled Apache with GD support or have installed the apache-gd (may also be referred to as httpd-gd) package.
Hope this helps!

prototype77,
No such luck. If only it were that simple. I wish I'd never updated. It worked just fine before.
Any admin/developers have the time to look at what the problem would be? Thanks.
