@igor & @Suyash,

Your web server don't seem to be compliant, here is the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ImageTTFBBox() in /home/u5/marsair/html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms-captcha.php on line 80

@dett,

can you share the url?

I have the same problem as listed above, but I don't see any solutions posted. How do I check if the server is compliant? And what do I need to do if it is not?

Thank you.

I had this same issue. I would add the field and update then view the page and no Captcha image. I logged out of admine and refreshed the page and there it was. Try to logout of the admin and refresh the page. Hope this helps.

Hi Guys,

I'm a new cformsII user, just recently installed  it but am seeing the same capture error as described above.

The red X indicating the image can not be found.

Form here: http://www.itsallaboutsharepoint.co.uk/contact-me/

Link behind red X: http://www.itsallaboutsharepoint.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms-captcha.php?ts=&c1=4&c2=5&ac=abcdefghijkmnpqrstuvwxyz23456789&i=&w=115&h=25&c=000066&l=000066&f=font4.ttf&a1=-12&a2=12&f1=17&f2=19&b=1.gif

Any help would be much appreciated.

Ta, Matt

your webserver doesn't seem to support cforms CAPTCHA requirements (in this case: imagettfbbox() )

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagettfbbox() in /home/itsallab/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms-captcha.php on line 80

might want to address it with your provider.

When you talk to your service provider - make sure they have either compiled Apache with GD support or have installed the apache-gd (may also be referred to as httpd-gd) package.

Hope this helps!

prototype77,

No such luck. If only it were that simple. I wish I'd never updated. It worked just fine before.

Any admin/developers have the time to look at what the problem would be? Thanks.
