Captcha Verification Not showing up after upgrading to 11.5

A comment form works fine except that the verification line and image no longer appear. When I go into edit the form, the field Name and Type appears.

Got any ideas?

hey Jeff, i recently upgraded to 11.5 as well and my captcha isnt working. what did you do to fix it?

Oh, what I forgot to do was read the FAQs. Make sure you are not logged in when you check it. If you are logged in the Captcha does not show because the system knows you. You may want to check it out with a different browser.
