I have looked over the FAQs and the Forums, but haven't found a solution yet on this.
We are using the Captcha Verification function on our forms, and for some reason it fails on the first code entry. Then when you refresh the Captcha image and enter the code for the refreshed code, it then successfully passes and the form is submitted.
I have followed the Admin's instructions and verified the proper directory path in the cforms.js file.
Constant refreshes and restarts have been done as well as testing on 3 different computers, both Mac and PC…. same results.
Any suggestions?

Seeing the URL / form in action is the first step to troubleshooting…

It seems that there is some other plugin that resets the PHP Session after cforms stores the CAPTCHA code.
Try turning off the other plugins to find the culprit and to see why it's doing that.

I only have 2 other plugins: Akismet 2.2.3 and ShareThis. I tried deactivating each one and still am getting the same results.
I am upgrading now from 10.2 to 10.3, I will see if that does it, but from your analysis, it most likely won't. Any other suggestions?

I just tried again and it seems to work just fine now. What did you change?

It must have been the upgrade from 10.2 to 10.3….
Thanks for taking the time to look into it for me.
