WP version: 2.9.2

We have several forms that allow users to upload files to us and each time they try they get an error message.  

We have checked the Global Settings numerous times and in our admin area we get the error message "Can't find the specified Upload Directory ! Please verify that it exists!".

We have changed the file path over and over as suggested:

/domains/realtorpress.us/public_html/wp-content/uploads/articles-submission

/wp-content/uploads/articles-submission

Can you let us know where we are going wrong?
