Hi,

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.6 on Mac, Wordpress ver 2.2 and cforms ver 2. I have installed the plugin and works fine but I can access to Form settings but I can't access to Plugin setting, Styling and Help from Admin page. It shows just "Not found"…

Please someone who knows this problem, help me.

Check to see if this file is present in the cforms plugin dir: cforms-options.php and whether it's corrupt & possibly access permissions. You may also want to try and redownload.

If everything else works, I can't see a reason why this part of the admin section shouldn't.

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for the responce.

I have swap the cform-options.php but it's same situation…

Here are the URL my admin interface leads..

"to Plugin Settings"

 www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/contactforms/cforms-options.php?page=contactforms/cforms-global-settings.php

"to Styling"

http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/contactforms/cfo…..ms-css.php

"Help"

http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/contactforms/cfo…..s-help.php

But the directry 'wp-admin' does not have contactforms directry, as I have upload the directr to "plugin".

Please if I have done something wrong or you can guess the problem I have, let me know

Your general directory path seems odd, since it should look something like this (on a plain vanilla install):

…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=contactforms/cforms-options.php

for the main options page.

Not sure why your WP install provides a different path than what's usual, but it seems that that might be the culprit.

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for the responce.

Yes, the path for the main option "cformII" which appears next to the Option is exactly same as you said but all sub menus that appear below it don't work.

Could you tell me where I need to look for the potential problem?

I have download again and then install again, but nothing change… Please help me.

Kind regards.

Sorry for the bad news, but I have no idea what might be the cause of that – I've never seen anything like that.

Perhaps someone else?
