canot get any of the dynamic PHp functions to kick-in

Hi,

I can't get any of the my_* function to kick in. I'm a pretty experienced PHP dev and would debug it myself but I'm  now in a time crisis with a project and simply don't have the time.

It also seems that the lib_ajax.php is never actually loaded, despite the REDIRECT_URI being set to it.

Any ideas? A quick reply would be fantastic.
