Using cforms Version 12.2

wordpress version: 3.2.1.

Via admin, I am trying to backup my setting (either globally or per form). Under global settings, in the far right "Admin Actions" box, I click "Backup & Restore Settings", when the dialog box pops up I click on "Back up Settings Now", which sends me to a page with the following:

I have tripled checked the abspath.php and the js/cforms.js files. They are correct. My ultimate goal is I need to move my site to another server, however cforms is getting corrupted every time I try to move it over and my settings are never resaved or restored.

I am trying to do the follow first step of backing up my settings:

Backup your cforms settings (under Global-Settings Tab/Backup)

Copy/Move cforms plugin folder to new site

Activate cforms (if already activated, toggle status!)

Check/Adjust abspath.php for correct path (in your cforms folder)

Check/Adjust js/cforms.js for correct path (var sajax_uri =…)

Clear your browser cache etc.

Hi!

Sounds very odd, something I haven't seen or heard of before. Have you checked if it's a browser/OS thing?

Do errors occur in other places, too? Eg. form config popup editor etc.?

I just tried to backup a form on three different websites… no cigar! Here is what I get:

Corrupted Content Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.

Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

Hi!

Not sure what is happening there, but if you get this err on all the websites/blogs running cforms and they're hosted on diff servers it may be your system.

I have never seen this type of err before.

Which one of them Paul? the win xp, the win 7 or the mac? And it does it by at least 7 sites I tried so far…. 3 different machines on different locations, 2 different servers (bluehost and hostgator). Furthermore, I deactivated all other plugins and tried to backup again, resulting in the same error message… Now I'm out of ideas :-(

Per your email George, I tried and it worked just fine for me (on Win7, Firefox, Chrome & Opera).

was there a fix for this?

I posted earlier about not being able to insert my forms via the TinyMCE button but I also can't do a backup from Global Settings. I get the same error msg as above in FF and it just hangs in IE9.

I've checked all my settings and paths and can't see an issue there. All error msgs I originally had have been removed so I'm stuck. This post sounded very similar.
