Calendar picker doesn't enter date correctly

Hi there,

A weird bug I discovered using the date picker function. No matter what date I select, the month is always entered into the form as 00. For example, when I select 10/16/07 from the calendar, it's entered into the form as 00/16/07.

It's interesting because the status bar shows some javascript information and the date is obviously selected properly there.  Any idea why this might be happening?

 I'm using CForms 5.5, WP 2.3, and Firefox 2.00.7.

Thanks,
Dalton

Shoot, after troubleshooting for 45 minutes, of course I figured it out right after I posted the request for help. Turns out that the date picker settings needed to be set to MM/dd/yyyy, I didn't realize that was different than mm/dd/yyyy.

Hmmm… I tried MM and mm and still have same problem as you, only "00" shows up for day, any other resolution on this?

I have same setup as you:

CForms 5.5, WP 2.3, and Firefox 2.00.7

 UPDATE: Fixed!

You have to change the Date Format in the plug-in setting tab to

 MM/dd/yyyy

which is not the example shown in help "cforms-help.php#datepicker"

Please check yor cforms version Joe, as of v5.51 the Help page says this:

The example above will set a default value of "mm/dd/yyyy" so users know the expected format. The regexp at the end ensures that only this format is accepted. NOTE: You also need to configure the date picker options to match the date format ("MM/dd/yyyy" !)

Supported Date Formats (see "Plugin Settings" tab):
