I have set such settings in PHP:

max_execution_time = 360
post_max_size = 128
memory_limit = 128
upload_max_filesize = 128

But it did not help.

use filters to limit the number of results, that way you can download in batches.

it can happen if your server has low PHP MEM limit/setting.

128MB sounds fair enough though…but try and see how many records you can download at once…try a date filter, so eg. you could download per week/month etc.

Hi,

I'm wondering how I should complete the search form in order to filter forms submitted between a range of dates (on the "Tracking" page)…

Thanks

I have also tried for filtering between two dates but its not clear how to enter range queries.  If someone can reply with how to do that, it would be fantastic!
