Hi Oliver,

I first want to thank you for an AWESOME! plugin that makes my life much easier. I recently tried to use the visitor verification fields and it didnt work. While testing it didnt matter what I entered into it, it accepted and sent the form. Later I tried to add the auto-confirmation which I have done at least 15 times on different site with the same host without issue. However, this time I am not getting a confirmation that the form was completed nor the auto-confirmation email. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Additionally, I used the uninstall option in the global settings and deactivated then deleted cforms. I then reinstalled and activated but still have the same problem.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Hi Oliver thanks for responding so quickly.

The site is on a development server and is due to be released in a couple of weeks. Is there anyway I can give you the site privately rather than on a public forum? Just until it is live at least.

The Q&A is still visible.

In regard to the email I havent changed any of the email settings from the standard config and it has worked many many times on literally the same server. In fact I have another test server with the same hosting company that works. It is really puzzling.
