Applying the conditional redirects on my-functions.php

I'm not quite sure how to find the certain data array for a radio button field to use the conditional redirect. I've read this post:

http://www.deliciousdays.com/cforms-forum/troubles…..redirects/

And see that I need to get a field ID? I tried sending the email, but all I get is a blank email with no information that I needed.

I do realize that I need to uncomment the section in my-functions.php on lines 192 – 208, and know that $$$1 isn't the right ID. Also, I've set a default redirect URL in the admin:

if ( $setting == "redirection" ){

### note: '$$$mypick' references the ID of the HTML element and has been assigned
### to the drop down field in the form configuration, with [id:mypick] !

$userfield = $cformsdata['data'][$cformsdata['data']['$$$1']];

if ( $userfield == 'Positive' )
return 'domain URL';

if ( $userfield == 'Negative' )
return 'domain URL';
}

return $oldvalue; // If you use this function, this MUST be the last statement!
