Using Cforms 5.54.
I just ran into this problem after upgrading to v5:
Just upgraded and my admin form mails don’t show any form data?
Please double check the new settings for including the form data into the admin emails for both, the TEXT and HTML part:
"Include pre formatted form data table in …"
Well, I've fixed it, and I'm getting data again now, but in the meantime I've gotten an estimate request from a new client, and I don't have any data in the email!
Is there any way to access form submissions aside from having them emailed? I feel like it should be obvious, but I'm not seeing it.
I'd really rather not email the potential client and tell her my forms weren't working. :(

If you had turned on the cforms DB Tracking feature, all submitted forms are also recorded in the cforms DB tables.
If you didn't turn it on, I'm afraid that data may be lost.
Was “Include pre formatted form data table in …” turned off for both HTML and TXT? Take a look at the "source code" of the email, maybe the form data has been added to the TXT part but not the HTML?
Unfortunately, I didn't have tracking turned on, and it was turned off in both HTML and TXT.
I am incredibly sad, but acknowledge I should have been checking settings after updating the plugin.
Ah well! Here I go to email them and ask for the info again.
