admin emails. empty fields

i use WP Version 3.4.2

cforms Version 10.0

i get emails containing only labels, no data input, although i know i fill it in :) labels are not too long as it`s said in FAQ (name, website etc) 

where should i look up to fix it?

and i tryed to upgrade cforms, deactivated id, press install button and get this

Destination folder already exists. /home/semcompl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/

make sure you backup first and then remove all occurrences of cforms in your plugin dir, then upload the latest version afresh.
