Admin Email Message Not Working

Hi, so I recently discovered that my admin email options for form submissions has stopped working. It was working great before and I've never had an issue with it until now. I tried several times to submit test submissions and have not received any of them via email. I have the \\\"From: email address\\\" section set as my WP admin email, and the \\\"Admin email adress(es)\\\" section set as the email I would like to receive form submission to as the same as the \\\"From: email address\\\" section (not sure if that's an issue). Everything else there is still set to the default settings. I have already searched the FAQ section and the Forums and failed to find a fix for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I also tested my email in case the problem was on my end, but my email works fine.

Hi, same problem, don't know why sf-frown After lots of head scratching, tried using the 'BCC' field rather than 'Admin email address(es)'. Seems to work for me…

I'm glad to see I'm not the only with this issue, but I'm frustrated there is no answer yet. I tried putting my send-to addresses in BCC field as cjt suggests, but it's still broken for me. 

Any permanent answers yet?

Same thing here… Any updates on this?  I just spent the last 90 minutes trying to set a variable as the admin email and it won't take.  It will however take a hard-coded email address.


Please let me know as well.

same here! I used to get admin e-mails, and it used to work fine – now it doesn't any more and no more mails are sent. I have recently switched my hosting provider – could it be a problem with the hosting provider and on their end?? thanks!

Having the same problem here.  It worked fine a few months ago, but now it's not sending me any information when the form has been submitted.  I've tried it about 10 times, but haven't receive an email.  I tried to check my spam folders, but nothing there.  I tried to remove 'Admin email address(es)' and just tried to use a 'BCC' address.  No luck.  I hope someone comes up with an answer!

Having the same problem.  My form will not even say that the form has been submitted.  It continues to give my processing message.  I also changed hosting providers recently.

I Have the same Problem, Sometimes emails are sent and some other times they are not sent at all. and when they DO work it takes about 15 minutes to receive an admin email.  any solutions please!

Same here. Only the BCC mail is received, the rest is not. Also no confirmation.
