Please replace the ??? with your data!
How do I add introductory text to a form. I'd like to have some text before the form but what ever I type into the page that the form is on gets ignored when the page is rendered.
TIA _

you can add text to the post/page as you would normally do, before or after the form tag.
or you can add a text-only field to the form (see help page on text-only fields).

I tried adding text just as I normally would but not dice. Upon further investigation, looks like all the text I add is going as a meta tag for the "all in one SEO" plugin. Take a look at the source code of http://nuttinlogs.com/contact/ and search for the words "new line of text" and you'll see what I mean. On the actual page, I have these words as normal text just below the form tag. bizzarre! any ideas?

I solved the issue by creating a whole new page….worked on that one.
