This seems like a great plugin, and I've made my way through the help form and didn't see much on the first two issues, so before I switch to a different plan I was hoping someone here might have some insight.
1) Add Item – In my form I am requesting financial information from my users, and in some cases they may have multiple answers to a single field. Is there a way to have them click an "Add item" or "Add Another" button so if they have more the one input they can add it?
2) Multi-Field – Some questions have multi answers, such as "Monthly Bill" with answer of "Minimum Payment" "Due Date" and "Bill Type". Is this possible?
3) Can someone explain to me a bit about exporting form submissions to CSV?
Would appreciate any help!
