Hello,

First of all thank you for this wonderful plug-in. I'm using it for quite some time and this is the first time I see this kind of error (new hosting for client, new troubles :( ). Everything works great, form inserts into post, Global settings, Tracking, Styling, Help!, but not most important one, Form Settings. So when I'm in Form settings when I click on Add new form or Update settings in Admin actions it takes me to 404 page not found. I know that error is not caused by cforms itself but by some stupid server settings so I'm asking if someone knows what should I change or what should I ask hosting company to change. Server is Linux, PHP 5 with all the latest glory :) So to summarize, everything works but add new form, or update old form just goes to 404 and doesn't save anything. I even managed to import one form from test server but we have two forms and this is production server :( Of course on test server everything works like a charm. I even tried that tip from FAQ (add in .htaccess …) but nothing… Please give me some tip or point in right direction.

ps: also there is no plug-in conflict.

* Operating System : Linux

* MySQL Version : 5.1.45-log

* PHP Version : 5.2.13

* PHP Safe Mode : Off

* PHP Memory Limit : 64M

* PHP Max Upload Size : 20M

* PHP Max Post Size : 20M

* PHP Max Script Execute Time : 30s

* PHP Allow URL Open : Off

and suhoshin is installed, my guess is that is the problem.
