Hi,

I am helping a client troubleshoot the CForm she has on her site. From what I have read, it seems to me that it should be working.

The main site wih the sign up box:

http://innervisionportraits.com/

It should be going to this page:

http://innervisionportraits.co…..oadconfirm

However it keeps going to this page:

http://innervisionportraits.com/Error%20occured%20while%20sending%20the%20message

I have updated the .htaccess file as suggested in the FAQs but did not help. Any other suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

the cforms version used on that site is 'ancient', I recommend you upgrade first to 10.5 (+ patches) and check out the new settings re: success page redirection
