I am looking at using CForms but have a couple of questions. A brief history: using cformsII to create an application form for an organizations contest, and they want to develop a workflow where the forms are completed by the applicant from their website –> evaluators can login to a portal (i.e. their website) and evaluate the application for completedness –> and judges can judge the application, also through their website. 

1. Can cformsII accomplish this workflow by itself, or with a combination of other plugins? – trying to avoid custom coding to keep costs down.

2. Is there a way to tie this into a MySQL database, rather than the WP database?
