I have striped the codelines with display:-moz-inline-box to get valid CSS. Like a wonder the Design of the (c)form is still ok.

Tested with cforms II 5.3
Style: wide_open__nb_blue.cs
Browser: FF 2.0, Opera 9.23, IE 6
