Hallo Oliver,

first i'd like to confirm the praises of your plugin. As a fellow user already wrote finding out the best form plugin was the hardest part ;-).

We use it at the site of our Handball Club:

http://www.handball.bsv92.de/kontaktformular

You might find it interesting because i used quite a different layout to make optimal use of screen estate. That took me a lot of time, not because of the plugin but my advanced goals ;-).

And because of that i use this entry to ask you if an upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5  leaves everything intact or should i fear havoc?

WordPress version is 2.3.3 up to now. In order to prepare a clean upgrade to 2.3 i used a plugin called "Upgrade Preflight Check" that gave me one warning concerning cforms II. But that was not the reason for posting here. If possible i just want to avoid any unnecessary work with the configuration of the plugin.

Thanks in advance for a positive answer and keep on with your excellent work, best regards

 Raimund

Hello Raimund,

Thanks for sharing your deployment!

In terms of the upgrade to v5.5, it should be painless, however, I always recommend to make backups of both, your WP database and the old plugin directory.

Also, once installed double check all (new!) features and settings.

Your custom CSS, I believe should work as is.

By the way, I did notice that for some reason this field:

<input type="hidden" value="a47e89a95b7cbc13eb8ad87d37d094fb" name="PHPSESSID"/>

is being  added to all your FIELDSETS. Which results in the extra empty field above the others…
