It seems that it's not compatible, no. Existing forms work, but it's no longer possible to edit forms, duplicate them, delete them or create new ones because the admin toolbar doesn't show up any more. 

Well, the good news is that you can do those things if you're comfortable manually writing serialised arrays in MySQL. I've just figured out how to successfully create a new multi-part form directly in phpMyAdmin, but it took me about 3 days.
