I'm helping to run a small academic conference, and am taking registrations using cformsII. The registration page (http://www.ccdg2011.org/registration/registration-form/) is coupled up to our payment system using a bit of customised PHP in the my_cforms_logic function, which works out the conference fee. This makes it easy to run an 'e-conference' with pretty minimal coding: I can only say good stuff!

how did you add options to yout field 'Title'.

I can't find any option :( in the settings.
