I LOVE Cforms, and I've been using for quite a while. Recently there has been a rise in popularity in CRMs, specifically Salesforce.

 

I wrote this post about how to adapt Cforms (using my-functions.php) so that forms submitted via your wordpress cfroms form can be pulled into Salesforce as a Web-to-Lead.

I imagine that it wouldn't be too difficult to integrate the solution above it into the plugin. Meanwhile, thanks a million for your fantastic plugin. And for all those Salesforce users out there.
