Not sure what the exact limitations are for form file uploads in general, but I doubt that 50mb are supported. Give it a try and let me know how far you get.

Hi, I really have to say thanks in the first place for cformsII :)
its a job welldone.
I did go thru the forums, but the only thing that i cant figure out is how to use the file upload field to allow people to upload images.
I see above that moveye has gotten video files to upload, yet i cant get an 250kb image to upload :(
Can you tell me please
a) how to go about creating a field to upload .jpg and .gif images?
b) how to set the file size of these uploads
c) if at all possible (though its probably not) to have the images auto resized to a set dimension say 400 x 300 px?
Thanks in advance!
CLydd

Auto resizing is not possible, everything else is. Just add an Upload Field and check out the settings (will appear after you included an Upload Field) right under the form configuration.

hi guys, i have the same questions as cludd.
and i've already spent half the day setting up, poring through the forum, and playing around with this very cool pluggin.
still, i can't find a place where i can
1. allow .jpg files to be uploaded.
2. allow a max file size of 2mb.
i'm not an old hand, but not a novice either. i have set up other pluggins before. i've also pored through the code in the pluggin, the help page, the global settings area. still don't know where.
would really appreciate some help on this. cheers. markov

1. you need to specify .jpg as an 'allowed' extension
2. enter 2000 (KB) for max upload size
the options become visible when you add an uplaod field to the form.
