Is there a way to make the Tell-a-Friend feature default on all posts?  I sometimes forget to check the box.  It also would make it easier so I would not have to edit all my old posts/pages.

I'll put it on the todo list for v5.5, including optional conversion of all old posts/pages , ie. programmatically adding a respective custom field per post/page.
