Do you have any plans to support reCaptcha for your cformsII plugin. I'm very impressed with your plugin, but I would prefer to use reCaptcha for human-checking and fight the good fight.
thanks,
/ Hami

Currently, no. I'm generally not very fond of 3rd party solutions that require you to obtain an API key (it may be free today, and what happens with the data?) and that make your own site, or certain parts of it, dependent on others.

but ReCaptcha adds AUDIO support
- so you don't end up telling deaf people that they are "not allowed"!
well, could you build the captcha part like a plugin, as you have done with your filters – then people could choose thier own, or use yours.
- otherwise, thank you for a great effort in creating what you have.

There is a reCaptcha plugin fpr wordpress. Is it impossible to gather settings from the general reCaptcha installation? That way you would only have to get an API key once but could integrate reCaptcha into any WP-Plugin at any time, also into cforms. You see…. I am also not so fond of so fond of third party applications sending around my data but I am very fond of the best captcha implementation I know until now and I´m even very find of googd modular design patterns :)

Deaf people cant hear. The AUDIO support is for the blind.

I already have one plugin on my blog called Deko Boko that uses the reCAPTCHA API key from the WP-reCAPTCHA plugin.
See, I too am looking for a form plugin that supports reCAPTCHA. cforms II looks like it'll do everything I want and more, but I do not want to include GD-based CAPTCHA images on my site.
