[desc]: I'd like to include all fields in the auto confirmation exactly as is done with the "include pre formatted text..." option in the admin. I have LONG forms and need students to be able to prove to administrators that a form was indeed submitted and what the contents were when issues of deadline compliance arise.

Yeah, I know that's an option, but I was hoping for a behind the scenes method that doesn't require user interaction.

Well, you could go into the code where it checks for CC and simply always CC the user (changing the IF clause to be always true).

You can do it the fancy way, by using the filters in the my-functions.php file and simply restore this file after an update.
