I am not sure if this feature already exists (but I have not been able to find it). 


Is there a way to insert mailing address fields so that it formats with the City, State and Zip all on one line?

ie:

ADDRESS

CITY STATE ZIP

If you're talkig about 3 seperate but sequential input fields for city, state & zip, then simply add these three fields to your form.

Use CSS to properly align them.
