Please replace the ??? with your data!

Hello! I have customers who'd like to have a PDF version of the forms on my website, and while I could create them all individually, I've found that Adobe Acrobat professional does a good job of recreating the form as a pdf when I use "create PDF from website." However, the rest of my blog (header, sidebar, menu) looks horrible, and I'm wondering if there's a way I can post a "naked" form on the web so that I can make a nice PDF, or if there are other ways to make a PDF. (most of my forms are longer than the one I've posted)

THANKS! Love the plugin.

Hi--stripping the css off of the form doesn't help, as the wordpress header and sidebars are what are really causing problems. I am thinking that I could set the css printing styles to remove the header and sidebar--but, does anyone know if this works when generating a PDF?

Thanks!

Mary
