Please replace the ??? with your data!

_ not sure what is wrong. i reinstall the plugin again, but it just doesnt submit after i fill in all the blanks and click on 'submit' button...nothing happens.


what is wrong possibly? is it my wordpress theme doesnt support it or installation problem or ?
