I got one idea which would put the Cforms far higher and it is not so (i think) difficult - possibility to do some folloup actions from the backend. So e.g. send reply to the customer etc., and then have a filtering options to show answered/unanaswered messages

One other function would be also nice (but i am afraid that this would not be so easy) - table view of the data - each cform would have separate table, each field would have own column, rows would be the form send actions.
