I don't need email notifications for all forms. I'ts ok to just look at the db tacking. How can I remove email notifications form some forms?

that is cforms core functionality: form->email.

You can't turn if off via configuration, but you could

  1. route the email into a "black hole"
  2. comment out the @mail calls (not recommended!) in the code
