theme not saving plugin style

I had a theme built by psd2html and am having a problem. The problem that I am
having is that is wont take the style of the form that I choose and it
seems to not take on any styling from the plugin at all. Now I know its
the theme because when I switch to the default them the form looks
perfect. Any ideas on what could be the problem maybe a line of code in
the page/single templates? Any help would be great.
