First of all, the mandatory details:

Cforms version: 2.5.1

Problem URL: http://soldave.ismysite.co.uk/…..contact-me

When I try to view this page in Firefox 3.0.8 the text box for the message goes off the end of the actual text area.  This means some of the text is not visible and looks very unprofessional.  I have used Firebug to see what is wrong and I can't seem to sort it out.  The main theme has a textarea width of 500px, but other than that everything else seems fine.

In IE7 the comment form is slightly better formatted, but still doesn't look right.  For the record, I do have the "wp head" in my header, and Cforms is currently set up to only be active on that page.

Thanks for any advice you can offer me :)

Hi!

Make sure to use post/page IDs (!) not names etc. for the global settings option.

Paul – thanks for the tip.  I actually enabled cforms header data for all pages and the cofm is appearing as intended.

Next question and then this can be classed as resolved: what is the "ID" of a page or post?  I mean, is it an address or a number or what?

Jumping in for Paul, Wordpress assigns unique IDs to posts and pages automatically.

When you hover over any post-edit link on your Post admin page, you'll see the ID in the URL, e. URL/post.php?action=edit&post=55

ID=55 in this case
