Spawn new fields after selection in select box

Hi,

I am looking for a way to spawn a new set of fields after a selection by the user on a select box. If you look at the website, I want a new line of fields to appear (Item, Condition, Age)  when the use selects something on the 'Item' drop box.

Hi,

I would like to know if this is possible and how?

Scenario is:

Selection box has 3 values (V1, V2 and V3)

If V1 is selected, another selection box will appear with values (V11, V12 and V13)

If V2 is selected, a fieldset with 3 textefields, a selection box and 2 radio buttons will appear

If V3 is selected, a text box will appear (textbox is a required field but only if V3 was selected)
