send button & captcha reset won't show in IE6

IE makes me want to climb up the wall on a good day, but I'm pretty stumped with this one.. lol. IE6 won't display the captcha reset and the send button under my fieldset and I'm not sure how to debug this. My form is similar to "dark-rounded" from the samples collection, but it's wider (510px instead of the default 410px) — I also notice that dark-rounded's send button won't show in IE either.. strange.
