Referencing forms in mulit-page forms

I'm trying to do a multipage form and now it the admin email is not working right. it will not put the from name in the To: field, all it puts is {Your Name} and I wanted to specifically mention one of the fields in form 2 but I have no clue how.

 

Please Help!

After sleeping on it, I was able to figure out the problem I was having. I had 5 forms and each one had a date on it. I was trying to reference this data by {cf_form_Date} and was getting nowhere. It turns out I cannot have the same field name on all the forms. My solution was to give each form an incrimental field name, form one Date, form two 2-date, form 3 3-date, etc., then referenced each one as {cf_form_Date}, cf_form2_2-Date}, etc.

 

I hope this helps anybody having the same problem I had.
