hello there

i have the following issue on my site: i am using one and the same form on two different pages. on the one page everything is perfect, on the other not. here are the links:

on the second page something happens with the css but i can't find the problem.

the forms don't look the same. there are breaks on the one page where on the other are none.

any ideas why this happens?

can you please help me?
