Problem with forms not aligned

hi all

 i tried so many thing that i'm sick of it.

my cforms plugin align all field except the radio button, check boxes and select boxes

 

you can see what's happen when i'm creating a form :

 the first field : "select box" isn't aligned, either if i try to down the field (at 2nd or last position) it's all time not aligned.

 Please give me help :(
